TUFF-STUFF is an extra heavy-duty material that can support the harsh conditions and weight of concrete. It was made for under slabs, and creates an excellent moisture barrier. For best results, face the foil side down (away from the concrete) so that the the seams can more easily be taped with a good quality duct tape--foil tape is not necessary (and can even inhibit performance) in this application.
